accessible only to site administrators, effectively *logged as site

==== Description: ====
CSnippets is just another library that saves some time to the developer (i.e
save time writing your own APIs and such) and is quite fast. It's well tested
under GNU/Linux. The project goal is to provide a simple and lightweight
installable library that would help the programmer code quicker (aka "get
something done").

CSnippets is written in pure C. But since it was just tested under GNU/Linux
operating system, I cannot guarantee that it would run flawlessly under other
platforms.

There's not much special about CSnippets, but I try my best to make it an
awesome library for daily usage.

==== Other Software Required: ====
There's almost no third-party software and/or libraries CSnippets use, we only
make wrappers.

==== Other Comments: ====
The Project is currently hosted on GitHub
(https://github.com/allanference/csnippets) but I want to get it hosted under
Savannah as well, because I'm in need of testers and perhaps porters.
