No, the email is wrong. The url is  The
standard url for GNU package foo is  That is
where the "webpages CVS repository" that is part of the savannah project will
link to.

If you want to use instead, you will need commit access
to the www project (ask address@hidden if you don't already have it), or
ask the sysadmins to set up a redirect (i strongly discourage that).  There's
no feasible way to make the "webpages repository" for consensus go anywhere
except the standard /software/consensus location.

We haven't used in a very long time.  There's no need to do
anything about it.  (I'll see if I can figure out where that email is coming
from and update it.)
