ScatterJ is an ImageJ plugin for correlation analysis of analytical microscopy
datasets. It works on pairs of images that were acquired using some sort of
analytical microscopy technique and that represent spatially resolved chemical
information. ScatterJ can be used for displaying scatterplots, backmapping,
and statistical calculations.
