Follow-up Comment #1:

Hello Pasquale,

Thank you for submitting a new project to host on GNU Savannah.

Project hosted on GNU Savannah must comply with the following requirements

The archive you've provided does not contain any source code - only compiled
binaries for windows and GNU/Linux.
Please provide the source code of your program. There is no need to provide
the binaries (as it is expected that users will download the source code and
compile the binaries themselves).

I'd recommend storing the license file in a simple text file, not in an HTML
This would benefit users of your program.

The license file (License.htm) does not look like a "Modified BSD License" (as
you've specified in the project submission). Instead, it contains the
following statement:
"[...] This program can be used and redistributed only in binary form and the
following condition must be met: [...]"

This is not a Free (as in freedom) license, and as such can not be hosted on
GNU Savannah.

See here for information about the "Modified BSD License":

If you are the copyright holder of the program's source code, then you can
choose to use a different license.
If you are using someone else's code (as hinted in the "License.htm" file
mentioning "diskimage.h" library),
then you'll have to check with them about the license.

Please let us know when these issues are addressed,
so we can continue with the project submission.

 - Assaf
