==== Description: ====
Vicare Scheme is a native compiler for the programming language Scheme
compliant with the Revised^6 Report on the Algorithmic Language Scheme (R6RS).
It supports the Intel x86 architecture, both 32-bit and 64-bit. It supports
GNU+Linux systems, it should run on POSIX platforms.
It offers arbitrary precision integers through GMP; it implements an
optionally included foreign-functions interface based on Libffi. It comes
with a large body of pure Scheme libraries bundled with the package. It
allows native interfacing with foreign libraries through C language adapter
shared objects.
==== Other Software Required: ====
Libffi, liberal license, <http://sourceware.org/libffi/>
GMP, GPL, <https://gmplib.org/>
