Follow-up Comment #1:

Thank you for submitting a new project to host on GNU Savannah.

To host a project on GNU Savannah, projects must comply with the savannah
hosting requirements:
See: and

Please ensure all source-code files have a copyright statement and license
most files have it, but some do not, e.g. 'include/iff/chat.h'.
All files must include this, not just C/H files, e.g.
'2010/primitiveTables/Instructions.pca' and Makefiles .

Projects hosted on Savannah must be compatible with GPLv3 and all future
That means that files licensed under GPLv2 must allow later GPL versions by
the "or later" statement in the license notice.
The license notice should read:
This program is free software; you can redistribute it and/or
modify it under the terms of the GNU General Public License
as published by the Free Software Foundation; either version 2
of the License, or (at your option) any later version.

See: .

As a recommendation,
to facilitate faster approval, please do not include compiled files (*.o) and
temporary files (*.~).
Archiving the files under one subdirectory (e.g. "foopl/") would also ease

Please upload an updated archive to continue the project approval process.
