Sorry for the long delay.

I can not find any information about "Open Content License 2.0".
To host files on GNU Savannah, all files must have a free license that is
compatible with GNU GPL.
I see that "Open Content License 1.0" is NOT compatible with GPL, but I see no
information about version 2.0 :
 http://www.gnu.org/licenses/license-list.en.html#OpenContentL

To verify whether it is a free license, please consult the FSF's licensing
team:
   http://www.fsf.org/licensing
and ask that they list this license as "GPL-Compatible".

Alternatively, please remove files under "Open Content License 2.0" and
replace them with files with a GPL-compatbile license.
