Are you still interested in submission of 'Automated Library System' project
on GNU Savannah ?

If so, the project must comply with the hosting requirements:

One such requirement is the project must run on free operating systems (e.g.
GNU/Linux), and not require any non-free software to run (e.g. non-free
compilers).

Does you project meet these requirements?

If so, then project evaluation can continue - but for the project to be
accepted, each file have a clear copyright and licensing information.
