Fast Light Toolkit (FLTK) port

This is a port of FLTK to FreeDOS using DJGPP and Allegro. However, it will
also compile and run on GNU/Linux systems.

FLTK provides a simple, light weight, and easy to use cross platform GUI
toolkit. It is programmed in C++. An existing DOS port does not exist.
