Follow-up Comment #20, task #14832 (project administration):

Included are all the core files needed for compilation. I removed the
testsuite, examples and documentation as I couldn't get it to upload,
presumably because it was too big.

compile to the executable.

You can get the entire tar.gz for the current release using curl or wget:
