Follow-up Comment #7, task #14927 (project administration):

I'm using glade for the UI XML, and I checked it does *not* clobber the
comments.

This is just preliminary I'm hoping to find a mentor to further guide me with
the project. Because I suspect the XML files should probably be covered under
a document license. 

Meantime time this is a good starting point. Thanks for your help.
