Thanks a lot for the useful feedback!
I tried to update some things. I wrote some of the back-end and found python a
better option as java so I went with python.
Python is going to be the back-end so the languages that the project will use
will not change anymore.
I also have better info about which dependencies that the project will use.
The project won't need more dependencies than the listed ones.


*Project details*
This project is a website. 

The purpose of this project is to help people with finding the right wiki's
quickly. People will be able to add wiki's,
they will also have to add some tags to the wiki so that people can find the
right wiki's easily.
This project will use mongodb as database.

*Requesting wikis and tags*
Everyone will be able to request a wiki to the site,
which someone (currently me) will have to accept by clicking a link in their
The link is just to get rid of wrong wikis and to get rid of spammers.
The same thing happens for requesting new tags. 

*Searching wikis*
The homepage of the site will contain a table with wikis.
People will be able to filter the wikis based on the wiki-tags and
