Oops, I've added a header to build-aux/pre-inst-env.in; that was an
oversight.

However.. doc/api.texi and doc/hello-emacsy.texi are generated; I was
hoping that we would not need license/copyright on generated files.

I have extended the doc-snarf header to this

Okay, yes I tried to be very accurate with source files but did not
really check...

I have removed obsolete files

    scripts/latex2texi2.sh
    test/Makefile.am

and added notices to

    test/coroutine.scm
    test/job.scm
    todo.org

The CC BY-SA 3.0 is included in the file at toplevel file COPYING.CC-BY-SA
