Follow-up Comment #2, task #15437 (project administration):

I've updated the latest version of our project (commit da9be2b from github).
Our plan is to host it on github and use the Savannah ML for all
communication.

Regarding dependencies, MUSER depends on:
 - libc:
https://sourceware.org/git/?p=glibc.git;a=blob_plain;f=LICENSES;hb=HEAD
 - the VFIO/mdev kernel modules of the Linux kernel:
https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux.git/tree/COPYING?h=v5.3.10
- CMake: https://gitlab.kitware.com/cmake/cmake/blob/master/Copyright.txt

The dual license is because we plan to usptream part of this project to the
Linux kernel (the kmod directory) while the rest will remain on github.
