A decentralized chat program based on the tor network with asymmetrical
encryption made in python.
It is in prototype stage and the interface is merely there, but I think it
could see some actual use. It provides an anonymous and secure connection for
transmitting really any data, as it uses requests and could easily be tweaked
to use POST and send bytes instead of just text through GET
