== Description: ==
SoX, the "Swiss Army Knife" of command-line sound processing, has not made a
release since 2015. I am in the process of stepping up as its release manager
and if things do not go as we all hope, may have to make a hard fork to do
this, requiring a git repository and two mailing lists. Savannah would be our
preferred platform for this because of its greater accessibility in terms of
ease of use by partially sighted or blind developers.

I am Martin Guy <martinwguy@gmail.com> but wish to register sox_ng as a
separate entity on Savannah so that its keys can be shared with other core
developers to avoid there being a single point of failure for the project.
