[Savannah-users] apache log file for own project available?

Hi,
I would like to know if the web server logs (website and download area) of a 
project are available to the project administrator?

This log files could be helpful to estimate the amount of users, their 
distribution over countries etc. .
Depending on this information it is for example easier to decide if it makes 
sense to invest time in localizing the project and the website into additional 
languages.
