[Savannah-users] unable to submit bugs for texmacs package

When I go to https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?func=additem&group=texmacs
and submit a new bug against texmacs, I am getting the following
error.

Error: New item insertion failed, please report this issue to the
administrator Missing parameters, nothing added.


Could you please fix this problem?
