[Savannah-users] [ANNOUNCE] Git User's Survey 2008 has started

Git is one of source code management tools that Savannah supports.
Could you please then add announcement about Git User's Survey 2008
(which will last from 1 September to 10 October 2008), for example
to "Latest News" (https://savannah.gnu.org/news/) section on main
page.

Perhaps something like below (this is only a proposal):

Git User's Survey 2008 Begins

Two weeks after the major release of Git version 1.6.0,
the Git community started a survey containing 60 questions
that can help to understand the users' needs, behavior,
and what they like and dislike about Git.

There have already been user surveys in
<a href="http://git.or.cz/gitwiki/GitSurvey2006";>2006</a> and
<a href="http://git.or.cz/gitwiki/GitSurvey2007";>2007</a>.
Since then, a lot has changed.

Current survey will last from 1 September till 10 October,
