I think it is easier said than done, too. I messed up myself.

You really have to play with it in the SandBox.

Click Options and set your username, e-mail address, timezone and Save
Options --> Navigate to the page you wish to create a subtopic to -->
Click edit --> Type the name of the page at the bottom of the edit
page and and click create. Capitalize each word in the name, for
example NewPage.
