Hi,

The util-vserver configuration documentation page is now
giving a 403.

The tree was previously using .htaccess for certain things,
none of which were important enough to keep. It also had
symlinks from lower-level .htaccess files to higher level
ones, although the .symlinks files have now been deleted as
well. However, it still appears to be not working. Is there
a wait-period before the webpages update syncs?
