First, I have no idea.  But that is a general site wide image.
Everyone has that same image.  Does anyone have any different image?

I admit it is a silly image.  I don't think there would be any
complaint if we changed that to something different.

I went ahead and changed the image.  I copied one of the other theme
images over into place.  There were only a few to choose from and I
selected one that seemed simple and less silly.

What do you think?
