[Savannah-users] How to setup issue tracker to send e-mail for every comment?

I do not understand how mail alerting in tracker works. I get e-mail
for *some* comments but not for others. Is it possible to configure it
so that every comment/new issue is sent to me by e-mail?

This is in grub project if it matters.
