itself and Savannah is a hosting website, so you should ask your question
elsewhere, in example in your distribution mailing list or forum. Be sure to
search before asking, because this seems to be a common question.
Anyway you should accomplish your goal by downloading the kernel and then
executing the default package manager command that you would use to install
a package from a terminal, in example:
yum install kernel-2.1
sudo dpkg -i linux-image-3.2
