A second Git repo for Gash

Hello,

I was hoping to have a second Git repo for my project called “gash”.
Would it be possible to make one called “gash-utils”?

I spent some time looking into how to go about doing this myself, and
found this message from a decade ago:

It was the most relevant thing I could find.  I hope I’m not being too
annoying by asking here.  :)
