Hmm... Which is what I say when I am encountering a problem for which
I start out with no idea why it might be behaving that way. I am
wondering if that is actually a clue relating to the cgit index
problem which is also happening now. I don't know.
I also do not have downloading a cgit snapshot in the regression
tests. I routinely run the external regression tests which poke at
services from the outside world. I will add this to the tests because
this slipped through without any testing and being an external
interface it should be testable and tested.

Due to the python2 deprecation issue which is described in the other
message I switched the DNS back to the previous older server where
everything has been running. That will revert this server migration
for now and return to the previous system. Things should be back to
as if nothing had changed now.
