Trying to ^AA^A^VU+266C results in ‘l’,
trying to ^AA♬ results in ‘?’.

Additionally, ^AAmäh results in m�h and, additionally, occurs (which I can easily see due to my
multi-coloured status line, in which colour bleeding/wraparound occurs).

Window titles need to be able to use UTF-8.

Well, *everything* should use Unicode these days.
