URL: <https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?56841> Summary: U+1f9e1 seems to cause screen display corruption Project: GNU Screen Submitted by: None Submitted on: Sat 31 Aug 2019 04:28:35 PM UTC Category: None Severity: 3 - Normal Priority: 5 - Normal Status: None Privacy: Public Assigned to: None Open/Closed: Open Discussion Lock: Any Release: 4.6.2 Fixed Release: None Planned Release: None Work Required: None _______________________________________________________ Details: When I paste U+1f9e1 into gnu screen in a terminal session the cursor will leap back onto the character rather than staying in front. If I just use a regular non screen terminal session the error does not occur. It also eventually seems to corrupt the display with TUI programs. _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?56841> _______________________________________________ Message sent via Savannah https://savannah.gnu.org/
