In versions prior to 5.x
I used to be able to tell screen which window number to use when creating a
new window.
5.x seems to ignore that number, and creates a window at the next free window
number and not at the specified number.
start screen, and in that single window, type
screen 10
expected: a new window at number 10
actual: a new window at next-free (1)
