Hi,
Is it possible to make screen start numbering windows at 1 instead of
0? As much as I like starting counting from 0, the numbering on my
keyboard ends, not starts, with 0. This behaviour would also be more
consistent with other programs I use that have windows or tabs such as
IRC clients.
