These two are actual sed failures - can you provide more details about the
"borel" system?
The rest are gnulib test failures. Some that I recognize:
alpine3 test-getdtablesize
alpine343 test-getdtablesize
Alpine uses musl-libc (not glibc). This bug 'getdtablesize' has been fixed in
git:

alpine343 test-localename
musl-libc implements only UTF-8, and returns values gnulib does not expect.

'localename' failure on BSDs might be related to a known, similar failure on
