Details:

While editing a LO I have three vertical scrollbars (see attached image): the
browser scrollbar (1), the scrollbar of the edit frame (2) and the rich-text
editor scrollbar (3).

Scrollbar (2) is unnecessary. We could get rid of it if the height of the
Edit frame was dynamic, so that it expanded to accomodate the Title,
Description and Content elements without a scrollbar.
