I see there seems to be lot wastage of space on the view.

1. add to shelf is eating up a line on the top, this link should go
to the reserved area for such buttons on top of the panel.

2. the space between the date line and the title of the lesson can be reduced.

3. Contributors can be listed in the same line as the heading, and
   each contributor can be listed on the same line with coma instead
   of a line.  this will give us some more space.  Similarly, Learning
   objectives can be printed immediately after the heading instead of
   starting from the next line.

4. the separating distance between learning objectives and content can
   also be reduced.

with these changes the view will look more wholesome.  currently there
is a lot of white space.
