Hi,

I have 1.3.21 in use. As I know 1.3.29 is available.
Simply use actual version and have fun!

There is allready a bug report that configure scripts 
are not checking against installed swig version.
But if swig has an error or the config fails....
OK, you waste 2 minutes. The results will be the same,
install new swig! :-)
