The chapter etc. markups allow for the option :file which makes that
part of a document be compiled into a different file. But the names
are auto-generated. Which files of the source does one have to alter
in order to change that behaviour, akin to docbook's possibility to
use Processing Instructions or forge a file name from the chapter's
node identifiar?
