[Sks-devel] The end of an Era

I think this is a good time to bring up the subject of finally shutting down 
the keyservers.

The pool is now incredibly small, with people dropping out at an increasing 
rate.

This would be a good time for Kristian to end the pool.
Kristians keyserver has also dropped out with nothing more left than a 502 
error.

Time to put this mess to bed and gently smother it with a pillow!
