That seriously depends on what OS you're running on. :)
On FreeBSD for example, you would add the following lines to /etc/rc.conf:
spamass_milter_enable="YES"
spamass_milter_flags="${spamass_milter_flags} -i 192.168.0.0/24 127.0.0.1/32"
Be careful with the slash notation as well. /24 = 255.255.255.0, or 256
hosts (minus the network and broadcast, leaving you with 254 hosts), and
/32 is a single host. If you wish to ignore 127.0.0.0-127.0.0.255, then
you can use /24, but I'm not sure you would want to do that.
99.9999999999% of the time either way would be fine, just depends on how
many nits you feel like picking. ;)
