Hi,

is spamass-milter still developed? ATM there are lot of issues which 
reduces productive usability any many patches in different distributions.

Most important things are:
- typos in temporary received header leading to high spam score:

- missing auth-information in received headers: 
https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=281063
- in addition the auth-info patch is not working with postfix because 
there's no auth_ssf macro. I changed it to use auth_authen instead.

Only with these patches a reliable spam check can be done.

Could one of the developpers please collect these patches and add them 
to a new release?
