Please send the suggestion together with a proper explanation of the
motivation to the appropriate freedesktop.org mailing list.

IMHO applications shouldn't decide about importance or the particular
way of presentation of such messages. They should just provide enough
information for such decisions to application readers (such as
Gnopernicus).
