Speechd-el being used in LouderRouter Project

I am not aware of another way to subscribe to the list. Sorry.

I used to have an accessibility problem with the Google sign-up procedure
but more recently it became a little more accessible.  Please let me know if
I can help in any way.

read the mailing list without creating a Google account?

As for speechd-el speed: Indeed, you should believe the manual :-) -- if you
byte compile speechd-el, it will run many times faster.
