ibmtts problem

Hi,
I can not find anything after starting speech-dispatcher for the first 
time.
It seems that only speech-dispatcher is running and nothing else like 
ibm or sd_xyz


After sending whitespaces to the ibmtts with 
e. G. 

spd-say "  " 

I am getting the posted entry at the ibmtts log file.
It produces no output after the test with other strings too.

Please ask if you need more info!.
