Hi,
I am newbie. I would like to develop a package equivalent of
"Festival" but using Python. Can I use this speechd to develop the
"tamil" text to speech. How can I develop, any suggestion, I want to
develop the "tamil" text to speech. Whether this speechd has the
features then Let me know.
