feature request: libspeechd should reconnect to sd

Hi Bohdan,

thanks for the idea, but it is my understanding that MSG_NOSIGNAL
only works on some platforms. It should work on Linux but doesn't
on Solaris. Thus it is not really a solution to our problem. Or am
I wrong? Do you know of a list of supported platforms?

If we won't find a full solution, I'd prefer to just document the
behavior and let the client applications handle it.
