feature request: libspeechd should reconnect to sd

Hello,

I believe the issue is fixed now in 0.6.6. All libspeechd functions 
should now return with an error if the connection to Speech Dispatcher
dies.

I've created a new test located in src/tests/connection-recovery
which tries to repeatedly speak a message and if the connection
dies, it reconnects and speaks again. It works well both in
single and threaded mode.
