Not from debian but from hardy. I installed it include libc6 but if you
don't wont it then you can install source package from hardy and rebuild
in guttsy.

adduser --home
The home is /var/run/speech-dispatcher but I think that in ubuntu is
/var/run dynamicaly mounted by every start, so my answer is not
complete.
