Announcing quotation marks |

Hi,
how can I set up Espeak in SD, so that it announces quotation marks?
I was not able to do this, because this char is used as begin and end of
the string that contains the punctuation chars to announce. So this
character has a contradictory meaning in this context.
Is Espeak able to distinguish between the two meanings of the quotation
mark, and if so, how to write the string in Espeak.conf?
Note: This is a problem in all my screen readers: Speechd-up, yasr and
Orca as well.
