Well, I'm not sure I've understood you correctly. Do you mean the input
method language is not respected when *any* voice is assigned to the
given face or only when a voice with language property set is assigned
to the face? In the first case it would be a bug (I tried it and it
works correctly for me, i.e. face without language property set doesn't
override input method language). In the latter case, do you really want
to set a language explicitly for a particular voice and then to override
it with input method language selection (it looks a bit odd, any example
of real use)?
