What I mean is when you hear a letter spoken, you can have it spoken
as a word to clarify what the letter really is. Example: the letter C
would be spoken as charlie; The letter F would be spoken as Foxtrot,
and so on. Many screen readers have a feature where you press the
command once to hear the current letter under the cursor and pressing
it a second time will speak the word equivelant. This is handy when
you're unsure of what the letter really is.
