Ibmtts: Could not create ECI instance.

Hi Halim, thanks for your clue.

The installed version of ibmtts came with the version of libstdc++ it
islinked to, namely libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3. And this libraryseems to
be properly installed.
Moreover, shouldn't a missing library have raised a more specific error,
such as "could not load shared object" or somethng similar ?
