IBMTTS not working with speech-dispatcher

You may also check the ibmtts module log if there is any information.  I
suspect your problem may actually not be related to the audio system.

See /var/log/speech-dispatcher/ibmtts.log or
/home/.speech-dispatcher/log/ibmtts.log.
